Next to improving a pig herd’s genetic makeup, you learn how to select new breeding stock, execute AI on a farm level, and assess the right time to inseminate. You can collect and prepare the semen correctly, detect heat for the right moment to inseminate, detect pregnancy in sows, and develop a solid breeding strategy. With your newly developed competencies, you return to your home country a confident and well-trained professional.

Scholarship: apply before 3 October 2023 if you want to take part in this course with a scholarship OKP.
