Sustainable breeding

Gain knowledge of recent research relevant for horse-keeping and equestrian studies and its practical applications in an educational setting.

• Learn about how to improve sustainable breeding.
• Learn practical ways to improve the horses welfare.
• Teachers strengthen their professional competence in sustainable breeding, horses welfare, genetics and environmental responsibility.
• They enhance the European dimension of equestrian education through continued networking and knowledge sharing after the mobility.

Vocational Education and Training teachers and trainers who work with equestrian studies or practical training (i.e riding teachers and training). The minimum amount of participants for the course is 16. Please note that if there aren’t sufficient applications the course will be cancelled. 

€925,00 per participant

The price includes accommodation, all meals, the course and study visits.

Monday 4th of May 

• Digital preparation meeting for the course. Q&A about logistics and introduction of the organizers and themes. The participants can ask questions about the course. An invitation will be sent after registration.

Monday 18th of May

• Arrival and dinner at 19:00 – get to know each other. Practical information about the accommodation and meals.

Tuesday 19th of May
