In January and March 2024, ATCI performed a training in Maputo, in Mozambique. The participants of this training were mainly veterinarians which were all working together to provide good quality chicken meat to the inhabitants of Maputo. Some of the veterinarians were working at the hatchery, others were inspecting the slaughterhouse or running samples in the laboratoria to confirm the cleanliness of the final product and the slaughter process.
The final goal of the training was spreading knowledge to the participants, but they were also trained to perform training to their colleague’s to spread the knowledge and to improve the laboratory work and the slaughter process.
